Much of our caring for one another takes place naturally and informally through our relationships and fellowship.
We also have a dedicated Pastoral Ministry team serving as a support network within the church family at Holy Trinity and the wider community. This ministry includes visiting those who are hospitalised, housebound or ill, and administering Holy Communion when requested.
